Returns
Our goal is customer
satisfaction. If you need to return or exchange merchandise, please contact us
within 30 days of purchase date for a return authorization. No merchandise will
be accepted without prior authorization. All returned merchandise must be
accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice and must be sent prepaid in
like-new condition without blemishes or damage and in original packaging.
Shipping policy
All shipments are F.O.B.
Nautilus's warehouse or original shipping point in the case of factory
direct to customer. You must note any damage or shortage of cartons on the
delivering carrier's delivery receipt. If necessary, file your claim directly
with that carrier. Nautilus GPS CANNOT file these claims for you. We will
be happy to advise you if you have a problem. Import duties, taxes, and charges
are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the
buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to
determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Nauitlus GPS Limited Warranty
Terms and conditions
The Nautilus GPS comes with
a limited warranty. The GPS limited
warranty covers the correction of manufacturing defects and resulting damage
only and is valid for 5 years from the date you take sales of your unit. Without
limiting the generality of the foregoing, this warranty does not cover physical
misuse or abuse of your unit, including tampering by unauthorized persons or
repair facilities, flooding as a result of customer misuse/neglect or improper
care and maintenance, damage or flooding if the unit is submerged without the
lid being properly latched or if the o-ring is not clean and clear of
contamination.
IMPORTANT: THIS WARRANTY
IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE ORIGINAL OWNER ON UNITS BOUGHT FROM AN AUTHORIZED
DEALER AT MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE (MAP).
This warranty does not
apply to a unit that has been:
· Improperly used
· Used for a purpose other than that recommended
in the product installation and operation instructions
· Damaged or has failed because of an accident or
abnormal operation
· Repaired or modified by entities other than
Nautilus GPS. Please keep your original receipt as a proof of the purchase
date.
How the Warranties Work
The manufacturer will
repair parts, replace parts or the replace the entirety of the unit as
necessary under the manufacturers discretion. Prior authorization (RMA) to
return your unit is required.
Please call the service department
at 001-604-241-1918 or email us at [email protected] for your RMA number before returning your unit.
To return your unit for
service, include the following in the package:
· Your name, RMA number, email address, telephone
number, copy of dated sales slip and return shipping address.
· A brief description of the problem
IMPORTANT: For shipping
and customs purposes, you must show a declared value of "1" noting
that the unit is being returned for warranty repair. You will be responsible
for any import duties or taxes incurred.
If you request emergency
service, we will try to meet the date you specify. Include a note with this
information in the package so we know that it is an emergency when we receive
it. The cost of rush emergency shipment is your responsibility. Please include
your credit card information and authorization.
